A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a key member of the LDAR team, this role will be responsible for a full range of duties including:
Enter data for Tagging and Inventory Projects and component inventory purposes
Provide administrative assistance to Project Managers and Staff
Check data entry email daily, print, save and delegate to appropriate peers, maintaining priority in conjunction with the 24 hour process
Enter data from hand written field sheets for component inventory generation the Extranet application
Review own data entry work and cross check with peers
Document time spent on each project in the project database and the data entry tracking sheet
Email all questions, changes and work completed to Lead Technician and Project Manager and follow up on all pending questions
Organize all data entry materials for review and filing purposes
Maintain open communication (written and oral) with Supervisor and Staff
Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure the proper flow of inventory information, project specifics, and deadlines
Understand the logic and procedures for routing and tag placement
Ability to accurately identify and record descriptions of components and their associated leak-paths
Save project files neatly and organized; both hard copy and electronically
Records time for project billing and payroll as required
Performs basic administrative tasks such as copying, filing and creating binders
Routine travel will be required (2-3 times a week)
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be proficient with MS Excel or Web based application for entering data and shows aptitude for process improvement
Meets desired goals and deadlines, communications progress and request extensions when needed
Maintains good attendance and punctuality
