Job description
Baptist GI is seeking an additional employed Gastroenterologist to allow for the continued growth and expansion of services provided at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, a 650 bed facility, located in our state's capital city, Jackson.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
• Join an established practice, Baptist GI
• Provide 7 on 7 off GI hospitalist service
• Work out of one hospital, Mississippi Baptist Medical Center
• GI hospitalist in house - large group to assist with unassigned call
• Admitted to medical hospitalists unless emergent
• Hospitalist in house 24/7
• Robust medical community
• Great collaborative and collegial physicians and administrative team
• This is an employed opportunity with Baptist Medical Group
• Will support J-1 Visa waiver
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Must be Fellowship Trained in Gastroenterology
• ERCP Required, EUS preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
