Your Mission
As our Assistant Dean for Human Resources, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and the CHE Dean, you'll be a key member of the CHE leadership team for a dynamic community of over 400 faculty and staff at CHE. Your mission is to be a trusted, engaging, and collaborative leader who will design, implement, and lead human resources programs that ensure the recruitment, development, and retention of a dynamic, diverse, and effective workforce dedicated to improving lives through local and global impact.
