Job description
Lake Forest Country Club is looking for part-time bartenders to join our growing team! This position will ensure our members and guests receive exceptional service by upholding our high standards of appearance, hospitality, and service.
Reports to Food & Beverage Director.
Must be 21+ years of age to bartend and 18+ years of age to serve.
Average of 20-30 hours per week.
Requirements:
• Must be customer service driven.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Must be reliable.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach.
• Push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous repetitive motions.
• Work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Will be required to work in fast-paced, stressful environment.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
