Job description

Purpose and Scope:

Amentum is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate Amentum’s growth within the United States Space Force (USSF) former USAF Space Operations client. Recent (last 5 years) USSF and/or USAF Space Operations experience required. Knowledge of USSF and/or USAF Space Acquisitions highly desired. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Desire two (2) years supervisory/command experience of USSF/USAF Space Operations background within last 6 years. Candidates must have strong and current customer knowledge and networking relationships to identify opportunities in the DOD United States Space Force market and position Amentum as a leading provider. Hybrid/Remote position with travel required to CONUS/OCONUS on demand. Preferred candidates in the areas of Southern California and/or Colorado Springs Colorado and/or Space Coast of Florida.
