Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team!
The Account Manager will be client-facing, the main touchpoint for our clients, and will work closely with other team members in service support activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage assigned client accounts and ensure client satisfaction by meeting expected Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Resolves client issues and concerns by functioning as a liaison between clients, Winston Benefits and other external resources and escalating client concerns to management when necessary.
- Ensures there is a successful employee experience for clients by overseeing the HRAlly portal and enrollment transactions.
- Supports customer experience team by assisting them with member concerns to assure timely resolutions.
- Attends Meetings with clients, carriers, and other internal departments.
- Assists with special projects such as client implementations, dependent eligibility audits and renewals
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
- Insurance License
- 5+ years experience in benefits industry.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers,.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (primary Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prepare accurate information.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment.
