Job Description

Our Innovation and Global Digital Partnerships team is spearheading the next wave of innovation at the company, leveraging our global network of Innovation Centers to develop and commercialize cutting-edge products and solutions for Big Tech, Fintech, and Platform partnerships. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Director of Solution Architecture for Cloud Partnerships.

Role Description

In this role, reporting to the head of strategic solutions within our Innovation and Global Digital Partnerships team, you will collaborate closely with leaders in product development, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling solutions in corporate finance, procurement, and sales optimization. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting a vision and strategy for cloud-native payment and embedded finance solutions based on market analysis and customer needs.
- Partnering with technical leadership and product development teams to influence product roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions to market.
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies with select partners, while rallying internal teams across sales, marketing, and product divisions.
- Engaging with customers and partners at senior levels to understand their needs and drive adoption of the company solutions.
- Leading the delivery of proof-of-concepts and workshops to showcase the business value of our solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree with 10 or more years of work experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in SaaS, public cloud environments, and product management roles delivering cloud solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of financial services markets, particularly in the card payments industry.
- Proven experience in leading successful go-to-market planning and execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work remotely and in-office based on business needs. Travel requirements for this role are approximately 25% of the time.

U.S. applicants only: The estimated salary range for this position is $163,800.00 to $213,000.00 USD per year, with potential for additional sales incentives. Salary may vary based on factors such as experience and location. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
