Lotame is seeking a Data Marketplace Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Marketplace Strategy, you will be responsible for the onboarding and servicing of global data partners that participate in Lotame’s Data Marketplace.
Job description | Essential functions:
- Create and maintain integrations for data partners, ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility with Lotame's platform.
- Categorize incoming data accurately to optimize its use within Lotame's products and services.
- Audit data from partners to ensure compliance with quality standards and privacy regulations, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Manage relationships with data providers, identifying opportunities for revenue growth or cost reduction, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and maintaining records of any legal changes using our CRM.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Lotame platform and effectively communicate its features and capabilities to data partners
- Become a subject matter expert on the Lotame platform, data partner data, and integrations, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Senior Director of Data Supply to support supply needs and requests.
- Conduct regular analysis of data partnerships to determine strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Collaborate in the creation and delivery of custom segments for platform clients
- Create & update documentation regarding best practices and integration details.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in a related field of study.
- Enjoys working independently and across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an aptitude to break down complex problems into smaller pieces and build them back up.
- A desire to learn and constantly improve processes and tasks.
- At least 2 years of client-facing/account management experience, preferably in the online advertising industry.
- Proficiency with SQL is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is required
- General aptitude to learn the basic functionality of proprietary and external digital platforms
