Department: Environmental Services
Job Title: Housekeeper
Reports To: EVS Supervisor, and/or Director
Job Summary: Work collaboratively with all members of the team to provide a clean and safe environment to all patients, visitors, guests and employees, while meeting all regulatory requirements put forth by local, state and federal agencies. Effectively provides Person Centered care and services
Job Responsibilities:
Requirements
Education - A high school diploma or a G.E.D . Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Experience - Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping preferred.
Licensure - None.
Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, sitting, pushing, pulling and reaching. May be exposed to infectious waste, exposure to sharp objects, and exposure to bodily fluids. A licensed ability to drive may be necessary.
