Job Summary:

The Program Manager will oversee the personnel, administration, and coordination of required services. As the Program Manager, you will lead teams in the performance of their duties related to baseline and mission support for Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) Services in Service Areas 700 (Automation), 701 (Communications Systems and System Support), and 703 (Cybersecurity). This includes management of unclassified and classified systems up to and including the classification level of SECRET.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Personnel and Team Management:
• Supervise, administer, and coordinate the required services.
• Manage teams in the performance of baseline and mission support duties.
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Work directly with the COR regarding new project assignments and planning.
• Serve as the point of contact (POC) for task order matters with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative(s) (COR(s)).
• Have the authority to act or make decisions during and after normal working hours.
• Management:
• Personnel management, including supervising task order personnel.
• Perform and oversee hiring and onboarding of new personnel.
• Perform financial forecasting and conduct financial performance monitoring.
• Manage contract invoicing.
• Manage customer relationship management.
• Develop reports and metrics as required.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and accepted first time.
• Perform quality control assessments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Possess active SECRET clearance.
• Hold current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in directing multi-disciplinary technical teams in accomplishing IT operations.
• High-level organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
• Demonstrate technical baseline knowledge and expertise in Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) Service Areas, including but not limited to:
• Directory Services.
• Storage Services.
• Desktop/Software/Peripheral Support Services.
• File, Print & Baseline Server Support Services.
• Management of Data Network Services and Automation and Network Service Support.
• Communications Systems and System Support, including Telephone and Data Infrastructure.
• Baseline Cybersecurity (703), including Scanning and Patching.
• Experience with upholding Command, Control, Communications, Computers, And Information Management (C4IM) and/or Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience executing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ideals in Best Business Practice.

Desired Qualifications:

• ITIL or Agile Certification.
• Technical Certification such as Microsoft or Cisco.
• Bachelor's Degree.
