Ford’s Fish Shack is a company of three neighborhood restaurants with an outstanding seafood selection served by a friendly staff. This is an exciting time to join the Ford’s Fish Shack team, as the company looks ahead to future expansion.

Due to our growth, Ford’s Fish Shack is seeking Hosts who have a passion for providing the best in service. Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and focused on creating outstanding guest experiences through our food and service. Hard working and cheerful people are key to our continued success and growth.

Host positions are currently available at all three of our locations: Ashburn, Lansdowne, and South Riding

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to the Following:

• Providing excellent hospitality and customer service to ensure an outstanding experience for each and every one of our guests
• Make great first impressions by promptly greeting guests
• Seating all guests in a gracious and efficient manner
• Managing phone and online reservations
• Coordinating walk-in guests and reservations while on a wait
• Working as a team with other staff members
