WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
In addition to the rewarding nature of the work itself, this position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As the Social Work Program Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. One of your key responsibilities will be to address any questions or concerns raised by staff members regarding policy and procedures, and facility protocol related to the population we serve. Your empathetic and knowledgeable approach will help create a supportive environment where staff members feel heard and supported. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to supervise a team of dedicated professionals. This will involve ensuring proper execution, documentation, and follow-up in all program activities.
Furthermore, you will serve as the main point of contact with external Community-Based Organizations (CBO) providers to coordinate referrals, fostering effective collaboration to meet the needs of our clients. With your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships, you will contribute to the overall success and impact of our social work programs.
