COMPENSATION : Flat rate on billable time. Our average plumbers earn between $35.00/hr to $50.00/hr.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Journeyman status or greater.
• 3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of advanced plumbing practices.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history.
• Advanced customer service skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Make sure all charges are correct and collect for all work performed per company policy and procedures.
• Help technicians in the field when appropriate and be available for contact or assistance after hours.
• Turn in all completed paperwork and related forms for billing and processing.
• Assist the service department with service-related issues as directed.
• Always promote a positive company culture.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Cleanliness of company vehicle.
• Advanced customer service skills.
