Location Auburn Hills, MI-onsite work

Job Description:
We are looking for someone with electric vehicle testing experience so electrification testing experience building test beds is a must
Power Electronics Systems testing for electric vehicle under various conditions;
1. These kind of automated test bed development with E-Motor batteries chargers inverters dc-dc converters various switching
1. evices battery hub,
2. control devices,
3. data logging,
4. software and hardware validation,
5. Hardware Software emulation,
6. BMS,
7. Power supplies,
8. Eloads,
9. simulate various loads in the loop heaters,
10. resistors,
11. inductive loads motors,
12. HIL/SIL/MIL/XIL,
13. power systems automation experience Python or AVL Puma, or FEV Flexlab Morphee, or A&D software experience beneficial.
2. Writing SOW for Test Equipments like;
1. Battery Low Voltage Cell Cyclers,
2. Medium voltage Module testers,
3. High and Medium Voltage Pack Testers,
4. Charging Testing Equipments,
5. High to low Power Supplies Parralleling,
6. Requirements Development,
7. Temperature-Humidity Chambers,
8. Salt Fog/Spray Cyclic Equipment,
9. Vibration with AGREE chambers,
10. Air water cooled devices,
11. EUCAR standards, PLC,
12. DAQ hardware,
13. Networking CAN/LIN/AE Ethernet,
14. Automation I/O,
15. Controls Equipment,
16. Ethernet Switches,
17. Safety Relay,
18. temp current voltage sensors analog and digital inputs,
19. Function Generators,
20. FPGA based digital control circuits,
21. Galvanic isolation,
