- Well spoken and articulate as this position requires a high volume of communication with insurance companies, legal offices, patients and other staff

Experience Requirements
- As a Medical Billing/Collections Professional you will be primarily responsible resolving denied/underpaid claims and following up with insurances for collecting reimbursements
- Other responsibilities may include submissions of claims, attorney follow up, and other duties as they pertain to medical billing and collections
- Conservative Therapy (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Chiropractic) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED . Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation billing - Pain Management, Orthopedic and Vascular experience preferred.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Out of Network
- Familiar with Payer Portals
- Proficient with technology, including experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Experience with all major medical insurance, workers compensation, and motor vehicle preferred.
- Bilingual a plus
