Job description

Job Summary Classic Kia of Carrollton is a locally owned and operated dealership, and we are currently seeking a full-time Lube/Express Service Technician to join our team. The Lube/Express Service Technician will be responsible for performing basic maintenance services on vehicles; as well as performing accurate Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) and Additional Service Requests (ASR). The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership and service environment. Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed maintenance service procedures as part of a skilled team
• Perform vehicle maintenance services
• Perform accurate Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)
• Provide Additional Service Requests (ASR)
• Maintain service work area cleanliness and order
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous automotive maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with automotive maintenance requirements
• Ability to accurately follow prescribed maintenance process
• Knowledge of the operation of standard service equipment
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
