RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains Test Plans and Procedures for 30-day security updates.
- Configures and maintains test environment.
- Conducts Test Readiness Reviews and delivers Test Reports
- Performs system level software testing to accurately validate functionality following application of 30-day security updates.
- Works with development team to reproduce/troubleshoot issues encountered during testing.
- Assist Subject Matter Experts and Technical Writers with documentation efforts (test cases, test reports, software load plans)
- Assist in management of project test beds and network devices, including configuration of Linux and Windows-based test support systems and layer 2 & 3 switches and routers.
MINIM UM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED. An associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Three (3) – Five (5) years of Computerized System experience to include: Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operation systems.
CLEARANCE
- Current Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
SKILLS
- Familiarity with MS Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Experience with a Command Line Interface (CLI) such as PowerShell or bash
- Working knowledge of system administration
- Excellent communication and writing skills for project documentation.
LOCATION
- The work location is Charleston, SC, with 0-5% travel expected. It is a hybrid position with some remote work depending on project schedule.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Comp TIA Sec+ certified
- Experience working with USMC Intel Programs of Record (POR)
