Job description

Robert Brogden Automotive Group is looking to add an experienced Title Clerk to it's team. The right candidate will have at least two years of vehicle title experience and strong communication skills. This is a Monday through Friday position. Competitive compensation based on experience. Responsibilities:

• Obtain/prepare the titles of all new, used and wholesale vehicles sold by the automotive group.
• Ensure that all sales transactions are processed in a timely manner.
• Contacts banks to obtain lien releases.
• Prepare tax and title documents for retail customers.
• Check for accuracy of paperwork to ensure that all customer information is correct.
• Process trade in payoffs.
• Bill out all dealer trade paperwork
• Ensures the company’s title work meets state requirements.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Ability to work as part of a team in busy, office environment.
• Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of title clerk experience in an auto dealership or DMV.
• Knowledge of out-of-state titles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-through skills
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• automotive title processing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
