An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual within the Tactical Aircraft EW Solutions (TACAIR) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. The candidate will manage a team of Program Finance members supporting the F-15 EPAWSS development programs. The portfolio of projects is a mix of cost type externally reported and firm fixed price development. This individual will be responsible for the financial execution and analysis of multiple programs within the portfolio including planning and baseline integrity, internal reporting, Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management compliance and financial salient forecasting. The candidate will be expected to provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to program managers, control account managers, and more junior members of the Finance team.
This role will be performed in a
hybrid work format , with the individual can be based at a Nashua, NH facilities, and remotely.
Responsibilities include: - Finance team leader. Coordinating team meetings and reviews
- Developing creative solutions to problems and driving change
- Serving as the right hand man or woman to the overall EPAWSS Finance manager and the development program managers
- Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value management
- Developing and shaping program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
- Developing financial forecasts and deeply analyzing estimates at completion.
- Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements
- Interfacing with customers and serving as a consultant for external communications
- Reporting financials to the customer and management and serving as an expert for the function
- Seeking out projects to continually improve processes
- Proposal support through participating in fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Recent experience in the Defense Industry
- Prior Program Controls experience working with various contract type
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Capable of efficient and relevant decision-making
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel and Power Point
- Effective communications skills
- Ability to work with diverse work teams
- Ability to communicate and present financial data to various functions and varying levels of Management
- Experience with Financial Planning and Forecasting
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
