DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Help development team with the implementation and customization of Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications.
Creating and maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help users self-serve and address common issues independently.
Customize and configure Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications to align with organizational needs.
Implement and manage security settings, permissions, and data access controls within the Power Platform.
Set up and manage environments to facilitate organized development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform applications.
Job Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a cloud administrator with hands on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform components.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform products including Dynamic 365, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft documentation, forums, and support resources effectively.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
8 Required Hands on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform component
5 Required Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling using Power-BI
3 Required Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory,
3 Required Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
3 Required Experience with Dynamic 365 for Customer Services is highly desired
