Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital  in Murrieta, CA is assisting a local Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in recruiting a BC/BE OB/GYN physician  to join the group in their Murrieta office and provide services at our hospital. Opportunity highlights:

• General OB/GYN opportunity employed by the group
• Join a busy, established practice with a single office in Murrieta across from the hospital
• Practice seeks a team player with shared values, ethics, and commitment to quality patient care
• Provide in-office and hospital services including prenatal, gynecological, surgical, and deliveries
• Shared call (from home) every other week then 1:4 weekends

  • OB Hospitalists onsite 24/7
  • Level III NICU - highest in the region
  • Neonatal and Perinatal services provided by Rady Children's (San Diego)

• Income guarantee with sign-on bonus
• First year compensation $250,000-270,000 + incentives

RSH provides the area's only OB/Emergency Department program, which gives expectant moms 24/7 on-site access to OB/GYN physician coverage. The hospital also offers the region’s only Pediatric Emergency Services for children 14 and under, provided by board certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians.
