Sign on bonus for experienced candidates. Sands Chevrolet has been owned by the same family and serving the greater Phoenix Metro area since 1934. We are excited to announce a new employment opportunity for an auto body estimator. This opportunity is for an experienced estimator to handle our three new insurance carrier direct repair contracts. Current shop revenue ranges from $1,200,000 - $1,500,000! This role is critical to maintaining these newly acquired contracts through above average repair planning and customer communication. Our locations have a total of 56 bays with 24 body technicians and 5 painters. Responsibilities:

• Detailed repair planning using CCC
• Reporting daily repair progress in staff production meeting
• Communicating repair progress to customers
• Follow up on complete and accurate payment from insurance companies
• Dealership experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable estimator experience
