We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team! As the primary focus of this position is payroll, a strong understanding of payroll processes is preferred. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees across various departments, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The successful candidate will independently apply state human resources rules, policies, and procedures to routine human resource matters while providing outstanding customer service to employees and managers. Minimum qualifications:
Education, training, and/or experience which provides a basic knowledge and understanding of human resource functions. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in payroll systems.
Preference will be given to those applicants:
Applicants with prior payroll system experience, data analytics experience, general knowledge of FMLA and Worker's Comp, and recruiting experience will be given preference.
