As a Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, preparing and organizing ingredients to ensure a seamless culinary experience for our guests. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to the creation of exceptional dishes at American Taproom. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize ingredients for cooking, ensuring they are of the highest quality.
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation during busy hours.
• Support overall kitchen operations, including stocking and restocking ingredients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation.
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; able to climb flights of stairs.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
