3.Referral Partner depending on your current employment schedule.

Mostof our new agents start off as Referral or Part time prior to transitioning tofull time but still make the same commissions as our full timers. You get towork with A+ Rated financial companies across the nation. Best part about thisopportunity, its 100% remote.
Experience
Nofinancial experience is required before joining as you will learn everythinghands on. However, if you have any of these skill sets or experience it willhelp you move quickly in the company.

-Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for Clients
-Place families, individuals, and business owners in a financial position ofadvantage for some of these following:
1.Protect Assets/Funds
2.Build and Leave a Legacy
3.Index Strategies
4.Debt Management Services
5.Estate Planning with our legal team
6.Different Types of Life Insurance
7.Different Types of Annuities
8.Final Expense
-1099position with performance-based business model
WorkSchedule
1.Part Time - 6-10 hours a Week, varies by the individual.
2.Leads - We have Warm & Cold Market, we don't have you buy leads
3.Its all Remote, Zoom is our platform.
4.You are assigned a Field Trainer who is an experienced professional and willhelp you throughout the beginning of your business until you're ready to manageyour business and effectively help people. This includes how to prospectclients and potential partners.
5.Daily training to help shape your business.
MandatoryQualifications
-If you don't have a Life & Health Insurance License, You must be willingand able to study and pass for whichever state you're residing in. We will helpyou throughout this process so you can be completely certified if you're not.
Non-negotiable
-Must pass a background check (No Felonies)
-Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Social Security Number
-Must currently reside in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada during theinitial for the process. (Hiring-License)
