Opportunity at a Glance


The Sr Manager, Alumni Engagement will directly manage an active and supportive community that strengthens the alumni network through volunteer development, alumni services, alumni communication and outreach, educational programming, and events with the goal of continuous and meaningful involvement and engagement of alumni. Reporting to the Vice President, Alumni Engagement, the Sr Manager, Alumni Engagement is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of progressive alumni engagement strategies that build enduring and mutually beneficial relationships, inspire loyalty and financial support, strengthen the institution's reputation, and engage our alumni in meaningful activities to advance those institutions. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, including expertise in project leadership and relationship management. He or she will have a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining a robust alumni program and must have the poise and ability to build relationships with multiple constituents, influence action, and achieve results.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77996.84 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
