Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior inside sales experience.
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI (hardware, software), and SCADA (software).

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Representative who will be able to present the company and products in a professional and convincing manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Study competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and potential product improvements.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and queries.
- Seek new leads through various channels and expand contacts through networking.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and follow up on leads via phone and email, including customer satisfaction calls.
- Visit prospects and customers within the assigned territory to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Keep track of inventory for customer trials, testing, and educational purposes.
- Communicate with customers about order status and shipping dates as needed.
- Prepare quotes for customers and ensure accuracy in purchase orders.
- Document and follow up on leads generated from trade shows.
- Analyze sales data to predict future trends and prepare regular sales reports.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service for cohesive sales efforts.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation of sales plans and strategies.
- Track key sales performance indicators to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and act on feedback from customers and the sales team to enhance products and processes.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

- Highly organized, with meticulous attention to managing various accounts, documents, and reports.
