Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will manage and implement processes to review the quality of products to ensure proper functionality and end-user experience, as well as implement and manage processes for providing feedback to product development teams about product functionality.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Accounting Systems - Product Quality - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Manage evaluation of products or components of products.
- Lead the team to ensure the alignment of products to stated design requirements.
- Provide feedback to product development teams.
- Manage team efforts on product development to deliver on Fannie Mae's vision and purpose.
- Develop and execute test automation strategy for complex applications
- Coach team members on their professional development and career growth
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
- 6 years of related experience
Desired Experience
- Masters or other advanced degree
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and quality assurance initiatives
- AWS, SQL, Alteryx, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and comfortable presenting at the executive level
- Must be able to synthesize business strategies and initiatives into actionable roadmaps, providing clear direction on key priorities and execution
- Must be able to work strategically and collaboratively across the organization and with senior executives
- Must be able to challenge status quo and lead teams through transformation
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing test automation solutions
- Previous experience with SimCorp Dimension software solution is preferred
