Full Job Description

A Shift Lead is someone who is in charge of managing one of your working shifts. Shift leads are responsible for completing the duties outlined in the “Baker” job description. Additionally, their duties revolve around direct reports to the general director. A direct report provides and demonstrates task instructions, manages attendance, and measures key performance indicators. You should keep records and produce reports that will help to review the team’s performance.

Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift Lead Responsibilities

Position Specific Requirements:

- Measuring/combining ingredients, using standing mixers, large double door ovens and other commercial kitchen equipment. (If 18 years of age or older)

- Decorating and displaying finished product in a quick, concentrated manner.

- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payments.

- Communicating inventory, production levels and delivery orders to shift leads/key holders.

- Cleaning and restocking workstations to set up next shifts for success.

• Shift: Looking for flexibility for both AM and PM Shifts includes Saturdays *Store is closed on Sunday*
• Store Hours:
• Monday-Thursday: 8am-10pm
• Friday-Saturday: 8am-12am
• There are also early morning (5am shifts available when customers are not in the store)

This job is an hourly part-time position. Work as many as 36hrs or as little as 10 hours a week. You tell us.
