Safran Data Systems is seeking a Program Manager for antenna programs. This position is responsible for planning and directing the execution of contract requirements to assure that cost, schedule, and performance goals are met while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
3 years' program management experience preferred or experience leading teams PMP Certification preferred U.S. Citizenship, as required for U.S. Government contracts U.S. Government Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one Demonstrated skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project. Knowledge of instrumentation and RF telemetry theory is a plus. Experience or willingness to learn about flight test, flight recorders, telemetry systems, data acquisition systems. Familiarity with government sales, sales to prime contractors and/or aerospace industry. Ability to work in self-directed environment. Due to recurring interactions with the teams located in France and Germany, experience working in multi-national/cultural environments would be a plus.
