As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their car buying journey, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless sales process. What will you be doing?

  1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
  2. Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our Toyota models, highlighting their value and addressing customer inquiries.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Toyota models, trim levels, options, and accessories.
  4. Collaborate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate the completion of paperwork, ensuring a smooth transaction for customers.
  5. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Continuously build and maintain a strong network of potential customers through proactive prospecting, follow-ups, and referrals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Toyota product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Toyota of Richardson as the dealership of choice.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service even after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills to effectively guide customers through the sales process.

  6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
