As the Recruitment Team Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team, and achieve excellence in customer service, achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
In this role you will:
Manage the sourcing, recruitment, selection, offer, negotiation and closing components for a team of nationwide recruiters.
Source, interview, hire, and onboard team members. Train recruiters on the Company’s processes, performance expectations, standard operating procedures, service level agreements, company employee value proposition (EVP), benefits and compensation plans, and customer service protocols.
Provide coaching and development, conduct ongoing training, and upskill the recruitment team’s abilities.
Observe recruiter intake meetings, phone screens, and communications to identify areas of opportunity to improve performance.
Identify, monitor, and improve metrics to manage recruiter performance and improve productivity, results, and customer service.
Report metrics to leadership on regular basis.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.
Oversee a pipeline of talent for consideration on future roles for key talent pools.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Company leaders and Human Resources leaders.
Ensure recruiters are providing diverse candidate pools to hiring managers.
Serve as primary recruiter for executive and other senior level positions, as required.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 5 years’ experience leading recruitment team(s) in a recruitment agency or corporate environment
7-10 years’ recruitment management experience preferred, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate environment
Demonstrated experience utilizing multiple recruiting methodologies, including direct sourcing, networking, cold calling and referrals
Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience
Workday experience preferred
Candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience preferred
Professional Human Resources (SPHR, PHR) or Professional Recruiter Certification (AIRS PRC) or LinkedIn Certification preferred
Four-year degree: Business, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred
Compensation Details:
The expected pay rate for this position is $75,000-$100,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus-eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
