Apply now! Responsibilities for Sterile Processing Technician
- Knowledge of Surgical Instruments, patient equipment, and medical-surgical supplies.
- Monitor and operate sterilization equipment
- Sterilize, prepare, wrap, and organize equipment into instrument trays for use during medical procedures
- Test and report any issues or problems with the sterilization equipment
Qualifications for Sterile Processing Technician - High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Certified via the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management or the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution
- 1-2 Years of experience as a Sterile Processing Tech
- Experienced using Autoclave and Steris Cleaning
- Passion for keeping people safe
- Technical skills and familiarity with sterilization techniques
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
- CPR
Salary : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
