A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Public Law Attorney to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and provide legal support to cities, special districts, joint powers authorities, and water districts.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with the following:

• Public Agency Law
• Reviewing and drafting contracts
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Land Use and Planning
• Attending public meetings and working with public agency staff and local elected officials
• Experience providing legal advice on matters related to the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, and conflicts of interest
