Job description

Our Company is seeking experienced Corporate Travel Consultants! Applicants with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel are encouraged to apply for this fantastic direct hire opportunity. Our company offers a welcoming culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Title: Travel and Sr. Travel Consultants
Pay Range: Commensurate with travel experience and proficiency in GDS systems

Additional Compensation:
Monthly incentives, with the potential to earn up to $450
Shift differentials for late hours and weekends

Training & Post Training Location: Remote (work from home)
Training Schedule: 9 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday (EST)
Training Length: Two-Three weeks

Post-Training Schedules Available:
10 am-7 pm
11 am-8 pm
4/10 hour schedules available
Must be available at least one weekend day every month

Responsibilities:
Complete online and classroom training for complex domestic exchanges, international fare components, and reservations, basic international exchanges, and technology.
Utilize intermediate training curriculum to book reservations for clients.
Effectively communicate reservation details and fare rules to clients.
Identify and promote preferred vendors.
Meet intermediate agent transaction and accuracy goals.
Assist in resolving basic client issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High school education or equivalent; some college preferred
Corporate travel consultant experience required.
Basic knowledge of world geography.
Knowledge of GDS system required (Worldspan required).
Call center experience preferred.
Computer and technical skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
