Accounting Manager – Hollywood, CA
Must be fluent in Korean - only bilingual candidates will be considered
Job Summary Perform various accounting-related duties, such as monitoring payments from third-party vendors and recording income to reduce past due funds owed to the company. Process and reconcile income, handle invoice and billing, collections, data entry, bank deposits, and accounts management. Additionally, prepare financial reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 (flexible/based on experience)
Responsibilities - Monitor and process income and expenses, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure accuracy of accounts receivable and sales figures.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports, daily cash flow statements, and input financial details into QuickBooks software.
- Contribute to team efforts, provide guidance to team members, and conduct regular meetings.
- Review month-end closing, financial statements, and third-party agreements related to finance and tax terms.
- Handle tax preparations, coordinate with accounting firm, and research and resolve accounting and tax issues.
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- Must be bilingual Korean/English
- BA/BS in related field.
- 8 years or more in related field
- Managing Processes, Financial Software, Developing Standards, Audit, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Tracking Budget Expenses, Financial Skills, Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Performance Management
- 3 years or more managing team and communicating with headquarters
