Job Summary:
Primary Care & Hope Clinic is seeking a family medicine physician to join their established practice located in North Murfreesboro near Smyrna, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates: - Must be board eligible or board certified in family medicine
- TN licensure or ability to obtain
- Interest in providing full scope primary care
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
- Interest in precepting advanced practitioners
- Clinic 4 days and 1 day administrative (40 hours, schedule flexible for 4 or 5 days)
- 1 Saturday clinic per quarter with an extra day off during same week

- Join 3 family medicine physicians and 14 advanced practitioners
- This state of the art medical office was newly renovated in 2023
- In office services include lab testing, x-ray, referral coordination, patient navigation, pharmacy and behavioral health services
- Average daily patient encounters 20-25
- Practice EMR-eClinicalWorks
