Job Title: Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: USA - Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems. As an Oracle ERP SME, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep knowledge and experience to drive successful ERP initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all Oracle ERP-related inquiries, projects, and initiatives.
- Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on Oracle ERP architecture, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to define and prioritize ERP requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and design sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
- Mentor and train team members on Oracle ERP concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, Oracle ERP updates, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive knowledge sharing and facilitate workshops or training sessions to enhance Oracle ERP proficiency across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems in a subject matter expert with a focus on testing and automation.
- Must have extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials(AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) Supply Chain Management, and Procurement.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle ERP implementations from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configuration, integration, and customization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Oracle project cloud is a plus
- Oracle ERP certifications such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (OCIS) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) are highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Purchasing Cloud modules including Procurement, Purchasing Contracts, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification Management is a plus.
