**Job Title: Bilingual Solutions Consultant (Workforce Management)**

**Location:** Remote (United States)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $95,000 USD Annually, Plus Incentive Plan

**Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct pre-sales value assessments, develop relationships, and act as a consultant to customers.
- Identify and quantify areas where customers can derive additional value from our solutions.
- Work closely with Account Relationship and Customer Success teams to perform post-implementation value realization studies.
- Provide thought leadership, develop benchmarks, and create content related to modern workforce management.

**Requirements**

- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of HR technology, HCM, Workforce Management, SaaS, Cloud, and Modern WFM solutions.
- Ability to deliver presentations to senior business audiences.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and producing boardroom-level presentations.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and presenting innovative ideas to customers.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and workshop facilitation.
- Experience in consulting, financial, or software companies preferred.
- Ability to work independently and travel 20-40% of the time.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
