Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative 3, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust through your dedication to professionalism and service excellence. You will perform a wide range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and cross-selling of deposit and loan products. Your ability to listen attentively to customer needs and provide personalized service will contribute to the success of our banking operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Recognize and address customers by name, demonstrating a courteous and helpful attitude at all times. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in accordance with procedures.
-Perform various customer service transactions daily, including account holds, stop payments, direct deposits, and check confirmation, ensuring comprehensive, prompt, and efficient service delivery.
-Cross-market and promote products and services such as loans, IRAs, CDs, and safe deposit boxes. Facilitate the approval process for loans and other products.
-Open new accounts for personal and commercial clients, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes. Review and approve/decline non-sufficient funds (NSF) requests according to policies.
-Provide personalized assistance to customers with specific banking needs, offering account advice, resolving issues, and conducting research as required.
-Handle cash transactions, including counting, checking, and packaging coins and currency. Verify amounts, examine checks for proper endorsement, and accurately enter transactions into computer records.
-Maintain cash supply within designated limits, order cash when necessary, and prepare cash transfer slips. Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to supervisor.
-Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds and prepare notices of delayed availability as per procedures. Balance and load ATMs as needed.
-Receive mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in processing and recording transactions. Provide guidance to junior CSR staff on operational procedures and systems.
-Participate as a volunteer in community and non-profit activities, representing positively in the local area.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 21.00 25.00 Per Hour
