Job description
Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Nursing Assistants (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes or assisted living facilities. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Honolulu, Hawaii with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $24 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions
Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record clients' vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients based on their dietary needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for clients
- Follow all care plans and instructions provided by the client's healthcare team
- Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
