Clearance: Secret Certifications: Sec+ Job description: - Provide support in a Mission Critical environment.
- Make suggestions for training needs and opportunities.
- Ability to identify and escalate incidents and problems requiring urgent actions.
- Manage existing network connection for customers who are currently utilizing IT services by assisting with customer questions and troubleshooting.
- Work with Development, Security, and Operations stakeholders to propose and design new connection patterns.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements for internal team processes and external customer-facing processes.
