Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Body Shop Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will oversee all operations within our state-of-the-art body shop facility. From managing workflow and ensuring quality craftsmanship to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize performance and drive profitability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork, promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a body shop environment, with a strong track record of success.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive repair processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, including estimating software and inventory management systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
