JOB DESCRIPTION

(This position embraces a flexible hybrid working model, allowing for significant remote work opportunities. However, occasional in-office visits will occur for team meetings, office celebrations, and specific project requirements. Delta Dental has office locations in Alpharetta, GA and throughout California, including in San Francisco, Oakland, and Rancho Cordova. A candidate residing near these locations would be ideal)

As a Senior Manager of Applications Development, you will lead multiple teams responsible for Claims intake and B2B services, which are critical to our claims processing and serving our members and providers. You will also lead document composition, generation, intake and archival systems to serve our members, providers and advocates. You will play a critical role in supporting, developing and coaching individual contributors and leaders within your span. The primary objectives for this role are to advance, modernize and enhance the document composition, generation and archival landscape as well as the B2B ecosystems to position Delta Dental for future growth opportunities. This role requires a strong technical leader with an engineering mindset, who is strategic and future oriented, has excellent communication skills, has passion to develop and grow teams and drives for results with energy, resolve and a continuous improvement mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $133,300 - $260,000
