As a Program Manager, you will be responsible in leading team of PMO in translating GP strategic objectives into program roadmaps to realize distinct and measurable benefits for the organization. You will support leaders in driving cost savings programs, interpersonal alignment, and category performance. You are proficient in applying project management and organizational change management concepts to achieve GP strategic priorities. Developing positive relationships with collaborators to build support and collaboration, enabling successful project implementation is one of the success indicators for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Drive program metrics and develop key indicators and goals to support the program.
Lead projects and programs using an organized, positive, and results-focused approach to achieve all goals within budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
Regularly report out on project status, handle risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
Define methods for measuring and supervising program performance.
Leverage prior experience and learning to optimize and improve the efficiency of the methods.
Leading through influence
Implement organizational change methods and tools to increase the speed of adoption and bring together project or program return of investment.
Ability to exercise judgment and adapt accordingly to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the program.
Engagement
Develop positive collaborations to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.
Actively engage with other cross-functional teams on project opportunities to enable competitive advantage and achieve successful implementation.
You are:
Proficient in project and program management methodologies and frameworks.
Fluent in using data to make critical decisions and drive cost-reduction activities and strategic goals.
Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and clear communication to convey sophisticated issues concisely and accurately to all levels.
Having a global perspective and a positive demeanor that is well-suited for working across different regions.
Having the skills for discernment, and data fluency, demonstrating insights to make a data-driven decision.
Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to better business outcomes.
Leading without authority and collaborating with an inclusive approach across geographical and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for Micron.
Qualifications & Skills :
People Leadership and/or Management
3-6 years shown experience in program management involving multiple collaborators in large and medium sized projects in a technology driven industry.
MBA or MS degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
PMP, Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications preferred.
Confirmed experience in program, change and process management, including validated knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology.
Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent
SAP experience and Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) preferred.
Expert in written and verbal communication and presentation skills
