Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized advice.

Sales Prospecting: Identify potential clients and reach out to them to promote our insurance solutions.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

Sales Closing: Close sales and finalize insurance policies.

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, address their inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

Insurance License: Must possess a valid insurance license in the state of California.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
