We are seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect, to join our Solutions Team. We are looking for a true IT Generalist that is comfortable speaking to and designing solutions for a broad spectrum of technologies ranging from hardware to private cloud. These design solutions include private and public cloud hosting, backup & disaster recovery, consulting/practice management, managed IT services, professional services, and procurement hardware & software sales. You will apply a blend of technical expertise and business intelligence while interacting daily with multiple customers to define, design, and help sell innovative technical solutions that are specially tailored to exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead customer discovery and brainstorming calls to gather requirements and perform high level systems and business impact analysis for requested
• Work closely with Sales Executives to accurately identify customer needs and ensure proper solutions are
• Develop and deliver targeted & specific solutions to enterprise executives and decision
• End to End validated best practices solution design leveraging input from multiple sources both internal and
• Creation of detailed Statements of Work that accurately convey all aspects of the solutions implementation and related level of effort
• Solution handoff to internal implementation teams for delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client technical
• Identify, research, and keep apprised of emerging technologies, solutions, strategies, and developments across the technology spectrum with the goal of identifying strategic opportunities for
• Interact with account management, project management, and delivery teams with a focus on continuous process
• Identify and maintain key relationships with vendors/partners while ensuring requirements are met to maintain

Qualifications include but not limited to:

• High school diploma with equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• Prior working experience of at least 7 years at a managed service provider plus.
• 5 years of experience in architecting, designing, and deploying technical network solutions in a large-scale complex environment.
• Related infrastructure architect and presales skills.
• Desired certifications (any one or more): Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMWare: VTSP or VTSP for AWS/Azure, ITIL: Version 3 or later.
• Expert level understanding of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology and cloud native technologies.
• Demonstrates proactive behaviors and self-management techniques, including but not limited to, working efficiently, demonstrating adaptability, and setting goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates ability to develop new ideas, concepts, and solutions to meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing needs.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and NTS teams to discover requirements, present solutions and obtain client buy-in.
