About This Role:

Best Practice Associates, LLC dba Federal Advisory Partners (F|A|P) of Tria Federal (Tria)  is seeking  a Director of Program Control.  Reporting to the VP Corporate Controller, The Director of Program Control will have Profit & Loss responsibility for both Operating Groups with annual revenues of ~$300M.  Responsibility includes developing/supporting the financial and strategic plans of Business for each Operating Group to ensure the business is maximizing value creation. 

The candidate will lead a team of 5+ finance professionals supporting contracts located throughout the U.S.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance/Accounting or related field and a minimum of 15 years of job-related experience or Master’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
