Job description
Adecco Medical and Science is hiring a Radiology Technologist for one of the leading healthcare providers This is a full time opportunity with the hours being 3 days 12 hour shifts. Please see below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.
Specific Duties:
1. Preform accurate x-rays as ordered by the provider while practicing radiation safety precautions to include ALARA
2. Prepare and transmit images to the radiologist for over-read and report results to providers
3. Retrieve and archive radiographic reports; create/burn CDs in compliance with HIPPA regulations
4. Perform detailed and accurate data collection during clinical intake of patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history
5. Assist patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam prep, etc.
6. Complete patient referrals and patient callbacks daily.
Education/Requirements:
Highschool/GED or equivalent
BLS CPR certification
Licensed and accredited by ARRT in good standings
Pay:$39.47 an hour
