Reporting directly to the Director of Critical Care, this nursing leader will be instrumental in upholding the hospital's commitment to nursing excellence. Key qualifications for this role include a current and valid Registered Nursing License, BLS certification, a preference for a BSN, and prior leadership experience in the Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities as the ICU Nurse Manager include a range of critical tasks, including ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, effective oversight of scheduling, managing daily operations within the ICU, and facilitating efficient communication within the acute care department.
